Spurling Court is a multiple-family affordable housing community. This community consists of 49 units offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as 2 bedroom town homes. A percentage of units are reserved to provide housing opportunities for homeless, homeless with children, and disabled households.

Rent are capped and some income restrictions apply.
